Third House Moon offers workshops and individual consultations in dreamwork, writing, and mindfulness to empower you to access your own deep wisdom, healing, creativity, and guidance.

I dream of houses.
Night after night: The house of my childhood, screen houses set in deep woods, familiar houses with rooms I’ve never entered. Houses with basements and attics filled with libraries, portraits, gems and treasures.
Home is the door we enter without knocking. Once inside we are recognized, known and loved.
There are three ways I know to reach the home inside the heart and soul:
The first is to DREAM – to notice and become curious about the mysteries and creations of my dreaming mind.
The second is to WRITE - pen in hand, line by line, I journey through the landscape of my mind to learn to know my self and my world more deeply.
The third is mindfulness – the power of breath and stillness to REFRESH, to bring me solidly into the home of this moment.
The only thing I know that is better than entering these three doorways to meet and embrace my deepest self and best wisdom, is giving other people the keys so they can open their own inner sanctums and find their true selves.
